Body Sculpture Tvonics Freeview and HD Recorder

Never miss a kick or a scene with the Tvonics HD recorder. By using a hard drive, like a computer, the recorder can store vast amounts of information - up to 250 hours of standard TV or 125 hours of high definition TV. There's a built-in Freeview digital tuner and the box will upscale regular TV to near high definition quality. More importantly, the unit's time-slip functions mean that if you've got to leave the room for a bit you can effectively 'pause' live TV and continue watching when you get back. It

Looking good
Date:08 March 2012
I am optimistic about this product. I have previously purchased TVonics DTR-250digital tv recorder and despite early enthusiasm, found that this model was just not up to the job. But, this time, with a bigger memory, this model is currently proving to be an excellent buy. easily set up and straight forward to operate. we are looking good.

Dont buy from Tvonics
Date:02 April 2011
I bought a TVonics DTR-Z500 Freeview and hard drive recorder in November 2009. It went wrong 51 weeks later but I could not get to the shop until 54 weeks because of the snow. The shop sent it back as a repair under guarantee but TVonics would not even look at it.

Tvonics Digital Freeview & HD Digital TV Recorder
Date:07 March 2011
Being two OAP's and my husband lives with the remote control in his hand, well on the first day we conected this and the TV, him indoors was pulling his hair out. Namely because it did not operate like the video he had, had for years, so after I read the User guide explained how to move from TV to recorder and then how to record - telling him think in computer mode not old video - Bingo within three days he is not refering to the user guide, knows he can record two programmes at the same time from the Electronic Programme Guide, then review what has been recorded and viewed in the Library section - plus he found the time shift button - plus pausing live TV which is a new toy for him - this is a brilliant bit of technology - full marks hence the five stars.
