I use these filters all the time and so buying in packs of 6 is helpful - saves me running out. The filters do make the water taste better - where I live the tap water is of poor quality esepcially for making hot drinks.

Turns bleach tasting water into palitable refreshing water that makes excellent drinking water or a pefect cup of tea.

i need to know whats in the water, i have ms and have reacted badly to water from the tap. across the uk water taste and quality varies ,with brita filters the taste is always the same and the quality reassuringly good.sainsburys offers on the filters means i can always afford to buy them, peace of mind at an affordable price.

It's a great product that does what it should, but its seriously overpriced unless you can pick it up when on offer. Sainsbury do a good job on this so I tend to keep an eye out for them!

I bought this value pack with the jug together at the weekend as they were both on sale - this 6 pack should last me for over 6 months - so far so good as I have only been using for a week but I can say that the water tastes so much better and it stops scaling up the kettle - highly recommended

I have used a Brita filter machine for quite a long time now, the water in my area is horrid, when it comes out of the tap you can smell the chemicals, and as I drink a lot of hot water or very weak tea with no milk, I need the water to taste good. The Brita water filters are Brilliant and make my horrid water into something that I love to drink.

These are OK for filtering your tap water but do get less efficient on the 3rd and 4th weeks. Only good value when on offer at Sainsburys.

I have a kettle with the Brita filter. It is great to have a kettle free of limescale. I usually buy the filters when they are on offer and stock them as there is no expiry date. Quite expensive but a good deal and are on offer at Sainsbury's frequently

Even though our tap water is drinkable, these filters ensure a fresher taste. It is worth the outlay, especially when on offer. They are so easy to use, and you can hand them in at certain shops for recycling.

Overpriced at full price - I only buy from Sainsburys when its on offer. Otherwise I can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I wouldn't be without my water filter jug in London as the water is so hard. The water filters do what you would expect them to do. I never bother renewing them religiously every month, I just go by common sense and replace them as needed. So even if you buy them at full price (they are often on sale at half price), it doesn't really cost that much.
