I bought this for my wife, who is pregnant, she has found it a real help with her sore back. I have also used it after hurting my shoulder at the gym and in general when by back was aching - it really does feel like a proper massage. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who suffers from aches and pains in there back and shoulders.
